Add a little oil to a pan and add the garlic. Stir until fragrant, then slice the onion into julienne strips and stir until it softens.

Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, then add the bell peppers and stir. Add the sausage and pour in 1/2 cup of water. Stir and let it simmer for a bit. Chop the tomatoes and add them along with the spices. Stir and let it simmer again on low heat. Enjoy your meal!
