This recipe is from my recipe book that I made back when I was doing food tech in school. I found the book again recently. I think this can be made as one big apple crumble. Unfortunately I didn't write the cooking time or number of servings down so someone will have to experiment and report back.
Mini Apple Crumble
This recipe is from my recipe book that I made back when I was doing food tech in school. I found the book again recently. I think this can be made as one big apple crumble. Unfortunately I didn't write the cooking time or number of servings down so someone will have to experiment and report back.
Steps

Sieve the flour into a large mixing bowl
- 2
Add margarine and cut into smaller pieces.

Use your fingertips, rub the margarine into the flour until it resembles fine breadcrumbs
- 4
Stir in the sugar
- 5
Place as many foil cups in the tin as you want.
- 6
Put as much apple in each cup as you want
- 7
Sprinkle the caster sugar and flour topping on top of the apple
- 8
Bake at gas mark 7 or 200°C until golden brown
