Cooking Instructions

Wrap the leftover store-bought curry or stew roux in plastic wrap.

Place it in a container, ziplock bag, or plastic bag.

Label it with the name of the roux and the expiration date, then store it in the freezer.

Since we don't have cute masking tape at home, I wrote on cellophane tape instead.
