First clean the ladyfingers then horizontally cut them into halves. Then each halves cut them vertically into 4 parts. For again rest halves again cut vertically into 4 parts. Hence for each ladyfinger you are cutting then in 8 pieces.. Now remove all the seeds from them and clean them as shown below.

Now take a container and mix all the dry ingredients like besan, rice flour, cornflour, ajwain, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur & jeera powder. Now mix everything well.

Now add this to the okra or ladyfinger slices. Gently coat the dry masalas well with the ladyfingers.

Now heat a shallow pan. Add sufficient oil in it for deep-frying. Once the oil gets hot, gently drop the ladyfinger slices in it and fry them in medium hot oil. Keep the flame in medium.

Fry until it becomes golden and crispy from outside. Now remove them on a tissue paper. Sprinkle some chat masala on it and gently toss them. Your kurkuri bhindi or okra chips is now ready to serve.
