Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Honey Teriyaki Sauce
  2. 1/3 cuplow-sodium soy sauce
  3. 5 Tbspwater, divided
  4. 1/4 cuphoney
  5. 1 1/2 Tbsprice vinegar
  6. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  7. 1 Tbspminced ginger
  8. 1 tspsesame oil
  9. 2 1/2 tspcornstarch
  10. 4 (6 oz)skinless, salmon fillets
  11. 4 cupsbroccoli florets (chop small so they cook through)
  12. 1 1/2 cupsthinly sliced carrots
  13. 2 1/2 Tbspolive oil
  14. Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  15. 2green onions, chopped
  16. Sesame seeds, for garnish
  17. Cooked brown or white rice, for serving

    In a small saucepan whisk together soy sauce, 3 Tbsp water, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Season lightly with salt as needed. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. In a small bowl whisk together cornstarch with remaining 2 Tbsp water until well combined. Pour into sauce mixture, reduce to medium and allow to boil 1 minute while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, about 5 - 10 minutes.

    For the salmon and veggies: Toss broccoli and carrots with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Stir Fry to cook
