Simple recipe can be prepared for kids lunch box .My kids likes it very much .

Clean and chop coriander leaves.Grind green chilli,ginger and coriander leaves to make smooth paste.

Clean, peel and chop potatoes into small cubes.

Heat oil in saucepan.Add jeera,termeric allow it to splutter.Then add the ground paste and fry till the raw smell goes off and it leaves the oil.Add potatoes,green peas,salt and cook for 5 mins.

Add rice and mix well.Put the garam masala and add 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice.Closed the lid and pressure cook for three whistle.

Once the pressure goes off,serve hot with curd or pickle.
