Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2 cupsmilk
  2. 1 cupsweetened coconut flakes
  3. 4eggs
  4. 1 tspvanilla
  5. 1/2 cupflour
  6. 8 tbspbutter
  7. 1 cupsugar
  8. 1/4 tspnutmeg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a blender.

    Pour into a greased and floured pie pan.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.

  4. 4

    Let cool in refrigerator for 24 hours for best flavor. Serve with ice cream or cool whip.
