Ingredients

3 servings

6 slicesbread
2hard boiled eggs
2 tbspJapanese mayonnaise (regular mayo would work as well, but you might want to decrease the amount of salt later)
1/4 tspsalt
Dashblack pepper

Steps

Peel the eggs. Mash with mayo, salt, and black pepper. I just use a regular fork.

Spread evenly on a slice of bread. Cover it with another bread.

You can shape it or just cut them to smaller pieces. Enjoy!
