In a strainer transfer the curd to drain out excess water from it.

After 10 minutes add all the spices, pieces of paneer and onion, and gram flour to it and mix well and keep aside for 20 - 25 minutes to marinate.

After marination take a piece of paneer and hold them in the screwer, again take a piece of marinated onion and hold them in the screwer.

Put butter in a non-stick pan, put the prepared screwer, sprinkle chat masala and coriander, cover it. Turn around the screwer after it becomes crispy. Make crispy from every side and then serve immediately with lachha onion, green chutney and lemon wedges.
