Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6breast halves chicken, skinless
  • 18 ozbroccoli
  • 3 (10.75 oz)cans (or 4 cups) of cream of chicken
  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 1 tspcurry
  • 3 tbsplemon juice
  • 8 ozshredded cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Grab a 9x13 pan. Preheat oven at 350°

  2. 2

    Boil chicken for 45 minutes/1 hour, tear skin off & shred to pieces

  3. 3

    Steam broccoli & let cool. Layer broccoli, chicken, then combine ingredients on top

  4. 4

    Layer shredded cheese first & then bread crumbs, bake 25/30 minutes
