Preheat oven to 200°C

Place the Hazelnuts on a baking tray. In a single layer.

Roast them in the oven for 5-10 min, keeping a watchful eye. If they burn they become bitter, so this is to be avoided. Shake the tray every min for even cooking.

Once done leave to cool down. Be careful though they will be very hot due to the natural occurring oils in the Hazelnuts.

Enjoy or use them in other recipes!
