Ingredients

  • 1 packIndomie noodles
  • 2Eggs
  • Onions
  • Coriander powder (lately I put this spice in almost everything. I like it too much 😄)
  • Mixed veg (carrot, peas, green pepper, spring onions whatever you can lay your hands on)
  • Olive oil

Steps

    Cook the noodles in hot boiling water for just two minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    In a non-stick pan, put a spoon of olive oil. Allow to heat. Add the onions and fry for a minute before adding the mixed veg. Stir, then pour in your noodles. While still stiring, add the coriander powder, the noodles seasoning and chilli (I can't afford not to put "atagungun" in my indomie 😄).

    Break in the eggs, do not stir. Cover for a few seconds then stir in.

    Sharp! Your eggy noodles is ready.
