This is a very easy, kid-friendly, uber fun recipe, which you can adapt to suit your team's colours! Taken from a kids cookbook that my sister and I had when we were tiddlers. Embrace the goo and beware of the massive sugar rush!! Makes about 25
Steps
- 1
Sieve the icing sugar into a bowl and mix in the coconut
- 2
Stir in condensed milk into the mixture until it becomes a gooey dough and then knead until smooth
- 3
Divide into two equal portions and add a few drops of your food colour to one half, kneading it so the colour spreads throughout evenly
- 4
Form each portion into thick oblongs and firmly press together. Leave to set for a few hours
- 5
Slice the oblong horizontally, making pieces about 1cm-ish thick
- 6
Enjoy whilst cheering your lovely lungs out for your team!
