Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6 cupsfinely chopped cabbage
  2. 3 cupsfinely shredded carrot
  3. 500 mlbuttermilk
  4. 300 mlcream
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. 1 tablespoonvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure out cabbage and put into the main bowl.

    Add 3 cups of shredded carrots

    Empty 500ml of cultured buttermilk into a mixing bowl or blender

    Empty 300ml of cream into same bowl as the buttermilk

    Add 1tbs of view vinegar

    Add 1cup of sugar

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

    Blend the mixture

    Empty the blended mixture into the main bowl with the carrot and cabbage

    Mix thoroughly

    Congratulations. You're done. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Finish your coleslaw before 4 days. Always keep refrigerated.
