Boil the aloo

In a plate mash the potato,pomogranate,salt,red chillies powder,salt,chat masala,coriander leaves and mix well and make balls

In another bowl take gram flour,salt,oil and mix with water and make a batter

Now add this balls in the batter and fry it in the hot oil. Once the kofta turns red both sides it is ready to be eat with sauce
- 5
Serve it with hot tea.
