1 blockdeep-fried bean curd (atsuage)
2table spoons soy sauce
2table spoons sweet sake
1table spoon butter
dried bonito
parcerly

Heat the oil in the pand and fry atsuage for 5 minutes on both sides.

Add soy sauce and sweet sake on it.

Place atsuage in a plate and put butter, dried bonito and parcerly on it. It's done!
