Ingredients

  1. 11/2 cupss/r flour
  2. 1pkt of cream of chicken soup (no noodles or crutons)
  3. salt &pepper
  4. 1large potato
  5. water
  6. oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Make batter with flour, chickensoup, salt pepper in bowl slowly add water littke at a time combining each time until a smooth batter

  2. 2

    Slice potato thinly

  3. 3

    Put slices into batter, coat an put in oil, turning a few times.

  4. 4

    When golden brown take out an drain. Serve
