Egg Open Sandwich Egg Open Sandwich
Egg Open Sandwich for a Relaxing WeekendAn open sandwich is a simple yet elegant dish where toppings are placed on a single slice of bread without covering them with another. Instead of soft bread, a thick, crusty loaf such as baguette or rye bread pairs beautifully with this style.Start with a thin layer of butter or mayonnaise, then add your favorite toppings. Popular choices include cherry tomatoes, cheese, shrimp, avocado, asparagus, or a perfectly poached egg. You can use warm ingredients for a cozy winter brunch, or fresh, chilled toppings for a refreshing summer picnic. This versatile dish works wonderfully as a quick breakfast, light brunch, picnic snack, or party appetizer—always looking gorgeous and tasting delicious.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3m1W9MPVKgAll Day Meal

Egg Salad Sandwiches Egg Salad Sandwiches
They sell these sandwiches at a store at our local train station. I wanted to be able to eat as many of them as I like, so I tried making them myself. I like the fact that they're looks so colorful. The foundation of this sandwich is the egg and nanohana. After that, you can add and combination of ham, lettuce, tomato, shrimp or bacon. The sandwiches will have a nicer texture if you chill them in the fridge for a while, as the bread will absorb some of the filling. If you make the sandwiches at night, wrap up in plastic and chill in the refrigerator, then cut them and eat in the morning they will be really moist and delicious.
