Wash chicken and wash banana flower and cut into small pieces. Wash and peel, cut potatoes into cubes

In a pan boil water and add banana flower, blanch for 30 seconds, drain and set aside

In a pan heat oil add bay leaf, whole garam masala of green cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds and add sliced onion, cook to soften

Add ginger garlic paste and cook to get rid of raw smell. Add chicken and cook for 10 mins, add salt and add potatoes. Add slut green chillies, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cook for 15 mins

Add blanched banana flower and cook for 10 mins.

Add black pepper powder and chopped coriander, set aside

Serve with rice, dal, cherry tomato roasted, Gondhoraj and red chilli
