Take a pan, add oil. When oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds & asafoetida.

When cumin seeds splutter, add corn & saute them on fast flame till crispy & golden spots appear on them. Add chopped green chillies.

Add salt, red chilli powder, tandoori masala & toss.

How to serve : In a bowl take makai (corn), add onions, tomatoes & capsicum. Garnish with sev & chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
