Sattu Paratha

Roast chana in a pan. Grind it in a mixer. Our sattu is ready.

For the dough, take maida, add salt, carom seeds and oil. Knead a dough.

Into the sattu add onions, lemon juice, salt, grinded green chillies and ginger, mustard oil and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Take a small dough and stuff the sattu filling into it. Flatten the dough.

Grease it with oil and cook until it turns reddish brown.

Tasty and yummy😋 sattu ka paratha is ready to be served.
Enjoy with any pickle.
