Steps

Take a large bowl. Add sattu flour, salt and chilli flakes. Mix it well. Add required water and knead a soft dough. Dough is ready.

Make small balls with the help of rolling pin starting rolling. Dust it with little flour and press it. Roll it to make roti. Apply little flour again and roll it. Heat tawa and place roti on tawa.

After few seconds flip it. Turn on the flame and heat a tawa on high flame. Place the roti on tawa. Cook it for 3-4 seconds and flip it. Now cook the other side properly.

Remove the half cooked roti from tawa and directly on gas flame to the both sides. Roti is ready. Take it out in a plate. Apply ghee on the roti.

Sattu roti is ready to serve. Serve hot with dal, sabji etc as your choice and enjoy..... 😋😋
