Ingredients

  • 2000 gplam mango
  • 1500 mlWater
  • 450 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4-5 pandal leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Put sugar, salt, water and pandas leaves into the pot. Boil with medium heat until the sugar melts. Set aside to completely cool down.

  2. 2

    Wash the plam mango thoroughly. Peel the skin and scoop out the seeds. Place it into the container you prepare. Pour the syrup all over. Keep refrigerated for 1 night. Ready to enjoy 😉
