Use a fork to mash the bananas thoroughly. Add lemon juice and evaporated milk and set aside.

Shift cake flour, baking powder and salt. Add sugar and butter. Use your hands to crush it until it's like sand. Add banana, Beat with a mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth. Use the same speed.

Pour the mixed batter into a mold lined with wax paper. Tab the mold gently to remove air bubbles. Topping with the seed you prepared.

Bake with top and bottom heat at 180 c., without turning on the fan for 30-45 minutes. Let’s enjoy 👍😊
