Wash and peel elephant yum, cut in to medium pieces.

Boil yum in a cooker 1/2 cup of water for 3 whistles,

Heat oil in kadai,add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, sesame seeds, crushed peanut stir it well.

Add boiled yum, salt,red chilli powder, sugar, lemon juice, dessicated coconut and mix it well. It's a vrat sabji, you can enjoy with curd, very tasty and healthy.
