Assemble ingredients

In a mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients except powder Sugar, mix well and keep aside.

In another mixing bowl, add Oil, Yoghurt, powder Sugar and mix well. Keep aside.

Grease Cake mould and keep aside.

Mash Banana very nicely. Wash and soak Raisins for 5 minutes, drain water and keep aside.
Chop Almonds and keep aside. - 6
Put Oven or assembled Oven for pre heat.

Now add mashed Banana to wet mixture, add Vanilla essence and mix well.
Lastly add soaked Raisins and mix gently. - 8
Now add dry mixture into batches to wet mixture and mix following the cut and fold method. Cake batter is done.

Pour cake batter into greased cake mould and tap it.
Lastly top with Almonds and put into pre heated Oven and bake for 30 - 35 minutes. - 10
Check with tooth pick whether cake is fully baked or not.
Take out of Oven and allow to cool. - 11
Then De mould and transfer to serving dish.
