Batonnet cut pumpkin and potato.

In a kadhai, add mustard oil then add mustard seeds. Let it splutter.

Once mustard seeds start spluttering, add potatoes and fry for a couple of minutes.

Once the potatoes are a little fried, add in the pumpkin. Add in salt and sugar. Mix well, cover and cook.

After 12-15 minutes, it will be ready. Can be served with chapati.
