150 gnew cabbage
150 gshrimp
100 gmozzarella cheese
1/2 cupchopped green onion
1 teaspoonchicken powder
Pepper
10spring roll wrappers

Boil new cabbage, onion and shrimps. Cut all ingredients.

Season it with chicken powder and pepper. Place the filling in the center of the spring roll skin, top with mozzarella cheese, and roll it up thinly.
