Ingredients

20 servings
  • 1 cupfllour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 sticksbutter room temperature
  • 2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 cuppecans
  • 1/2 cupraisans
  • 1/2 cupwhite chocolate chip
  • 1 cuprum/crown royal/or any other liquor
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak raisans and pecans in liquor for about an hour, then drain.

  2. 2

    Cream sugar, butter and eggs together for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add baking powder and flour slowly, mix well.

  4. 4

    Add nuts, raisans, and chocolate chips.

  5. 5

    Place on parchment paper, bake at 350 for about 12 minutes.
