Chop spring onion

Peel and cut boiled potatoes

Fry in oil till golden brown

Take kadai add oil jeera hing saute spring onion and onion in it add potatoes and all spices, Schezwan chutney

Cover it for 4-5 minutes add til mix well

Add Lemon juice and mix again once

Schezwan potato ready to serve
