In a bowl, mix your meatball ingredients. Form your meatballs and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix your sauce ingredients and set aside.

Heat a little oil in a large pan and brown your meatballs on all sides. Once browned, add your sauce and bring everything to a bubble until sauce is thickened. About 10 min

Serve with chopped peanuts (we used almonds as my son has a peanut allergy) and chopped fresh cilantro.
