150 gFresh Strawberries
50 gwalnuts
120 gany type of cheese
1 smalllemon
1/2 teaspoonsSalt and pepper
Balsamic vinegar

Wash the Rucola leaves and put them in a big bowl

Wash strawberries and cut them in slices

Cut the cheese in tiny squares

Add the walnuts

Squeeze the lemon and add the juice mixed with salt and pepper, use it on top of the other ingredients

Mix them all together and add the balsamic as topping
