Apple Chia Pudding

Quick, simple and healthy dessert.
Steps

Soak chia seeds in milk for 2 hours,chop the apple in pieces. Add vanilla essence to chia seeds for a nice flavour.

Heat butter and add the chopped apple,sugar and cook till soft,caramelize then off the flame add lemon juice and cinnamon powder mix it well.

Now to blender add some apple pieces and soaked chia seeds and blend it.

Now arrange in small glasses, layer with chia and apple blended,then chia soaked,then caramelized apple pieces on top

Serve it chilled.
