Add all the ingredients to a blender jar along with ice-cubes as needed. Or can use a cup of cold water as well.

Do not use much water as Lassi won't be creamy. The whole essence lies in the fact that it's amazingly luscious and creamy. So use of water should be given a good check.

Blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes or until everything gets incorporated well.

Luscious, creamy and fruity glass of chilled apple lassi is ready to be relished. I have served it for Iftaar meals in Ramadan too. Enjoy!
