Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Remove the silver skin membrane from the ribs.

Peel the apples and remove the core
- 4
Slice the apples
- 5
Add the rub to bottom of ribs where the silver skin was

Set the ribs in skillet rubbed side down
- 7
Add the apples
- 8
Add the rest of the rub over ribs and Apples

Add the cup of autumn apple broth
- 10
Take the cup and quarter of the 2nd cup of broth and reduce.

Stir occasionally till reduced

After 30 minutes take the ribs out of oven

Pour the reduction over the ribs and return to oven

Roast in oven for an additional hour.

Let rest 15 minutes slice and serve.
