Wash the veggies separately, keep aside. Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

In goes kalonji seeds, let it splutter. Add in garlic, saute it until light brown.

Now add onion, stir fry it for a minute. In goes green chilli, cook it until light brown.

Add in haldi powder, immediately add the veggies, mix it well. Add salt also.

Stir fry it for a minute, add 1 cup hot water, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame until veggies r almost cooked.

Open the lid, add coconut milk, mix it well. Cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania leaves...
