Soak cashews, poppy seeds, and melon seeds
For 1 hour then grind it to a smooth paste,make it paste using tomato, chilli, garlic and coriander stalks. - 2
Scrap the parwal and cut in four pieces,cut the potato in the same shape then fry it in oil till soft sprinkle some salt.

Heat oil add jeera, cardmum, cinnamon,bayleaf,cloves add chopped onion and fry till nice golden colour then add tomato paste and fry for a few minutes,then add chilli powder, coriander powder,salt and cashew paste and fry it till oil separates add parwal and potato pieces and some and cook for few minutes.

Add kasuri methi and coriander leaves and it's ready to serve with rice and roti or chapati.
