Ingredients

2½ hours
4 servings
  1. 1 cupfresh raspberries
  2. 3/4 cupsour cream
  3. 1/4 cupbutter-milk
  4. 3 tbsphoney
  5. 1 tbsplemon juice
  6. Popsicle sticks and paper cups

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In large bowl mash raspberries with a fork

  2. 2

    Stir in all other ingredients until well combined

  3. 3

    Pour mixture into 4 paper cups and freeze for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Insert Popsicle sticks into mixture and freeze for 2 hours
