Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cupssifted cake flour (you may also use all-purpose flour)
  • 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  • 1/4 cupwhite sugar
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupevaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoonmelted butter
  • pinchsalt
  • Easy melt cheese (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together until mixture is smooth.

    Place your mold in the steamer and fill cup about halfway the steam for about 10-15 minutes. You can add easy melt cheese before putting it in the steamer and afte 10 minutes. This step is optional.
