Ingredients

45 mins
  1. 1Chicken breast, pounded thin, split in half
  2. 1/4 cupDried Onion
  3. 1/2 Cupdry whit wine
  4. 1 cloveminced garlic
  5. Halfa jar of Bertolli Rustic cut with hearty vegetables Marinara
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. 2Bay Leaves
  8. 1/2 TspThyme
  9. 1 TspDried Lemon Peel
  10. Dried Porcini Mushrooms (rehydrated)
  11. Some Capers

Cooking Instructions

45 mins
  1. 1

    Cook the split boneless chicken breasts, 2 mins per side. On a high flame. Leave them in the pan.

    Add Dried onion and garlic to the pan, and cook for about a minute. Add the white wine, and let it bubble for a minute. Add the Bertolli Marinara, and spices, and cook on a low flame for 25-30 minutes.

    Serve over Pasta.
