1Chicken breast, pounded thin, split in half
1/4 cupDried Onion
1/2 Cupdry whit wine
1 cloveminced garlic
Halfa jar of Bertolli Rustic cut with hearty vegetables Marinara
Pepper to taste
2Bay Leaves
1/2 TspThyme
1 TspDried Lemon Peel
Dried Porcini Mushrooms (rehydrated)
Some Capers

Cook the split boneless chicken breasts, 2 mins per side. On a high flame. Leave them in the pan.

Add Dried onion and garlic to the pan, and cook for about a minute. Add the white wine, and let it bubble for a minute. Add the Bertolli Marinara, and spices, and cook on a low flame for 25-30 minutes.

Serve over Pasta.
