Note: Use & add ingredients in the exact order listed in the recipe (A, B & C).
Prep & measure all ingredients. Drain & discard water from canned crab meat. Remember to remove and squeeze excess liquid. Keep aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine and whisk cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
Note: For a smoother, lump free texture, leave cream cheese to soften before using or whisking.

Using spoon or anything similar, fold in crab meat until everything is well mixed. Transfer to a shallow baking dish.

Finally, add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and spread it evenly on top of the crab dip.

Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 20-25 mins. Serve with wonton crackers (or any types of crackers), crisps, chips, cut veggies etc.
