  • 1 heaped cup of pumpkin diced
  • 1/2 cupsliced onion
  • 2-3 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 cupswater

    Combine pumpkin, garlic, onion, salt and water in a pressure cooker. Cover it and allow it to blow 1 whistle. Let it cool. Run a blender till it's smooth.

    Add water if required to adjust consistency. Add salt and black pepper powder. Bring it to a boil.
