Wash the uraddal,and mung dal soak this for 3 to 4 hours

Now remove the water and make a fine paste in the mixer grinder.

Add salt and 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder and pinch of soda and whisk it properly till mixture get fluffy.
put the pan on the gas stove and add the oil, keep the gas on medium flame deep your hand in the bowl of water then make Vada, add small Vada in the oil and fry until golden brown - 4
Take some water in the bowl add the Vada for 20 min soak in the water.

Take 3 cups yoghurt in the bowl whisk it,add some salt, and sugar as per taste and whisk the yoghurt until it becomes creamy keep this yoghurt in the freeze

Remove the Vada from the water, Now press the Vada on your palm

Now take the bowl add some yoghurt put the vada add some yoghurt,add pinch of red chilli powder,pinch of jeera powder,and pinch of chat masala,add 1 tbsp of tamarind chatani,pudina chatnati and serve the vada you can add pomegranate seeds
