Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook your spaghetti noodles Al Dente then set aside.
- 2
Sauté your garlic and then onion. Once it is translucent, add the beef then immediately add the achuete powder and soy sauce, then add tomato paste for added color.
- 3
When the meat is brown add the hotdogs, then add tomato sauce and banana sauce. Optional, add condensed milk but you can use sugar as substitute.
- 4
Add a spash of vinegar and bring it to a boil. Then add cheese (optional). Taste and add seasoning (salt and pepper) as needed.
- 5
Take a new pot and add all the topping ingredients together. Melt the cornstarch first before turning on the heat. Bring it to a light boil.
- 6
Start arranging your noodles by adding the sauce and tossing it to combine. Since you will be baking this, make sure to add extra sauce. Then transfer to your baking pan. Add the cheese sauce on top. Place in the preheated oven 400 to 450 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese starts to turn brown.
- 7
Let it cool, before slicing it. Share and enjoy.

I wanted a different type of eating my spaghetti so i tried it this way. You can play around with the herbs used on your sauce, the way you like it. You can add meat/pork to your sauce if you want it. Enjoy~! Sarah Handal -

My sister likes to make this on special occasions and it doesn't last long. It's a dish her late husbands mother gave her before she passed away. And its a dish we all keep close to heart.#givingthanks PittbullMom2014 -
