Take out corn from corn kernels. Boil them with salt. Strain the water. Take 3/4 cup corn and churn coarsely. Now add carrot, onion, coriander leaves.

Now add rice flour, refined flour, and all masala. Add little milk mix well. Add as required to make smooth batter.

Spread on non-stick with little oil. Do on a low flame. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup,
