Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil
Add the pasta to the water and cook for 10-12 minutes on a gentle simmer until the pasta is al dente – al dente refers to when the pasta is cooked just enough to retain a somewhat firm texture with a bit of a bite. - 2
Whilst the pasta is cooking in a large pot heat up the oil on medium heat until hot
Finely chop the garlic and add to the pan then sauté the garlic for 1 minute.Add the finely diced onions and cook for a few minutes until soft and translucent. - 3
When the onions are cooking cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks then add into the pan and cook for 5 minutes until the chicken changes colour and turns white and no longer pink inside.

When the chicken is cooking cut the bell peppers into bite-sized chunks then add to the pan
Add the salt and pepper then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. - 5
Add the sweetcorn and peas cook for a few more minutes
Add the pasta sauce and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
Drain the pasta and add into the mixture mix until all the ingredients are combined. Cover with a lid and cook for 6-8 minutes on low heat. - 6
Serve as a main course alongside some steamed vegetables and Enjoy!
