First of all chopped garlic and ginger, grate mango.

Add salt and turmeric in a grated mango, keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add dry red chilli, asafoetida grated garlic, roast for 3 minutes. Add salt and turmeric powder.

Then add chopped ginger, roast for 3 minutes. Mix it well.

When both garlic and ginger cooked, switch off the flame, keep aside, Let it cool. Squeeze grated mango, add in to roasted garlic and ginger.

Add ready made pickle masala, mix it well, add oil for storing in a jar, it's very tasty pickle.

You can enjoy with thepla or paratha.
