Slice the banana and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.

In a cup, mix 4 tablespoons of yogurt with chia seeds and honey.

Spread the oatmeal evenly on top.

Place the banana slices on top, then cover with 2 tablespoons of yogurt to seal the bananas from air exposure.

Top with frozen berries. Fresh strawberries or blueberries can also be used. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.

By the next morning, the oatmeal will be nice and soft. Mix well before eating for a delicious and healthy breakfast!
