A desi version of Mango Milkshake very popular on the streets of Pune in Maharashtra and has become a rage in other parts of the Country as well. This is loved by many and has seen umpteen variations and twists by now. Basically it is nothing but thick pulp of juicy and ripe Mangoes with Vanilla Ice-cream and loads of Dry fruits. Some Tuti Fruiti pieces and a Cherry too. Here in my simple version I have used thick pulp of juicy Mangoes with Dry Fruits and Vanilla Ice-cream plus lots of Tutti Fruiti. It is a popular street food of aamchi Mumbai and has made it's way into the streets of the entire Country as it has become the most loved Dessert cum drink cum Smoothie. And especially in this hot weather, it's a divine entity. Much to the relief of a working woman, this easy and simple Dessert is a perfect boon from the heaven.

Make a thick puree of the mangoes using boiled and cold milk. Chill in the refrigerator until use.

Pour the chilled puree in each serving glass. Top it up with scoops of your favourite ice-cream and slivered nuts of choice. I have used vanilla ice-cream.
