Ingredients

  1. 2jade melon,peel and cut
  2. 2 piecessmall bell pepper
  3. Pinchblack pepper
  4. 3 slicesginger
  5. 5 piecesgarlic
  6. 1 tspchicken powder
  7. 1 tbspcooking oil
  8. 1little water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heap pan and fry the wings until the skin turns golden brown.

  2. 2

    Then place on side of pan and stir fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Then add water and simmer for 5 mins.Then add melon,pepper and chicken powder.

  4. 4

    Cover and simmer until done.
